Delivery Time
Orders for all in-stock products are processed within 24 to 48 hours. Items being shipped by STANDARD delivery methods should be received within 10 days. If you have chosen EXPRESS delivery, you should receive your item within 5 days. Some specialty items may require additional delivery time. You can check the status of your order by clicking on 'Order Status'. Be sure to have your order number ready - you will need it to access Order Status.

Returning
We stand behind our products, however we realize that sometimes you may want to return an order. Most products can be returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a full refund including purchase amount, tax. The credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please review the detailed return instructions on your printed order summary.

Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender. Items that show signs of wear, have been resized, engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

Though we make every effort to minimize these occurrences, firscone.in is not responsible for errors or inaccuracies that occur as a result of human error, technical malfunction or other causes. Payment
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express our own firscone.in charge card as well as branded debit cards. Please be sure to provide your exact billing name & address - the name & address your credit card provider has on file for you, when ordering. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.

We also accept cash, checks or money orders.

Sales tax is applied to all orders. firscone.in is required by law to collect and submit sales tax in these states in which we are deemed to have a physical presence. The sales tax not displayed. Your actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is processed and will be displayed correctly on your Packing Slip.

Notification of Changes
If firscone.in changes its privacy policy, it will publish those changes on its privacy policy page.
